These Terms of Service govern your use of Bantaba on gambantaba.com and the Bantaba traveler app. By creating an account or placing a booking you agree to these terms.
The Bantaba marketplace
Bantaba is a marketplace. Independent partners — tour companies, hotels, apartment hosts, guides, drivers, and car parks — provide the services you book. Bantaba does not itself operate every tour, hotel, or vehicle.
Your account
Keep your phone and email accurate. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at support@gambantaba.com if something looks wrong. Do not share your login codes.
Bookings, rides and payment
Prices, cancellation rules, pickup times, and house rules are shown on each listing before you pay. Pay only through Bantaba checkout. Do not pay partners off-platform for a Bantaba booking. A booking is confirmed when payment is accepted.
Cancellations and changes
Partner cancellation windows apply as displayed on the listing. Rideshare fares and waiting rules are shown in the trip flow. If a partner cannot deliver the service, we will help you with a refund or alternative where the listing and payment status allow.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse Bantaba, harass partners or other users, submit false guest details, or attempt to interfere with payments or security. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk.
Liability
Partners are responsible for the quality and safety of their own services. Bantaba is not liable for partner delays, lost property, or experiences outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Gambian law that cannot be waived.

Security
We protect Bantaba with HTTPS, access controls, and staff access limited to what is needed to run the platform. No system is perfect. If you suspect unauthorised use of an account, contact support@gambantaba.com immediately.
Changes
Company Admin can update this document at any time. The published copy on Bantaba is the current version, with a last-updated date. We encourage you to read it when you create an account and when you sign in.
Governing law
These documents are governed by the laws of The Gambia. If a court finds one clause unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Nothing here limits rights that Gambian law does not allow you to waive.
